Our current portfolio consists of single-family and multi-family properties in the beautiful State of Florida.  However, we are looking to expand into additional markets, including Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Ohio. We seek to acquire properties located in emerging market areas with indicators for strong near and long-term economic growth.  While our primary focus is on acquiring larger multi-family properties, we are not opposed to additional single-family homes, given they meet our criteria.
